Guidelines for Presenters

Thank you for submitting your paper to ENRIC 2021. We look forward to welcoming you to the Virtual Conference, Thailand. The following provides some useful information about the format and practical arrangements for presentations.

We will send you the link to join the conference within Monday 13rd December 2021.


All wording and labelling in presentations and on posters should be in English.

Oral Presentation

The presentation can be given in PTT, or via prerecorded video clip. The presenters can either share their own presentation slides or video clip by themselves on the date of the conference, or send the files to the organizer via e-mail to by Wednesday 15th December 2021. The recorded presentation will be played for the audience on the date. The latter option is for the presenters who might have network connectivity issues.

As with your presentation should clearly state:

  • Presentation title
  • Topic
  • Name and surname
  • Institutional affiliation
  • E-mail address

Length of Presentations

Presenters will be allocated 10 minutes for presentation of their theme with an additional 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

Please consider what feedback or areas of discussion you would like as a result of your presentation of your paper and outline this at the outset.

Poster Presentations

Your poster should have clearly written in the left hand corner the following:

  • Title
  • Name and surname
  • Position institutional affiliation
  • E-mail address

The poster should be A2 (42.0 x 59.4 cm) in size.

RGB color

All other details of design and format are up to the author who will themselves display their posters at their session.

All the presenters are required to stand by for the Q&A session on Thursday 16th December 2021. 11.00 - 11.30. AM (GMT+7)

Additional Information for Presenters

In the case that the presentation is delivered via pre-recorded VDO, the presenter is required to stand by 5 minutes before the Q&A session. Please note that pre-recorded presentations will not considered for the Outstanding Oral Presentation Certificate. During the conference, we ask presenters to arrive at their allocated room 5-10 minutes before their timetabled session begins and introduce themselves to the Chair of the session. Each session will be hosted by academic experts who will be delighted to help with any queries you may have.

All the presenters are required to sign up for time slots for presentation rehearsal during the test run conference via Zoom on Monday 13rd December 2021, from 09.00 AM (GMT+7) - 04.30 PM AM (GMT+7), using the link below:
